Overview

Job Title: Sales Executive – Long Term Rentals

Job Purpose

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to support the growth of our long-term rental (LTR) business.

This role is responsible for acquiring new customers, managing inbound and outbound sales activities, and building strong client relationships to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by identifying and acquiring long-term rental customers (B2C B2B).
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote LTR offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable rental solutions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, fleet, customer support) to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, in car rental, mobility, or service industry.
  • Automobile industry experience mandatory.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience handling both inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Preferred Profile

  • Experience in long-term rentals, leasing, or subscription-based services is a plus.
  • Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
