Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in construction, design and build, or related industries.
- Strong client relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of project based services, including basic technical and commercial concepts related to design and construction.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow up abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and common office software.
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah and conduct regular client visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Professional fluency in English.

Role Description

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of project based services, including basic technical and commercial concepts related to design and construction.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in a multicultural, professional environment.
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow up abilities, with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email, and virtual meeting platforms).
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah and conduct regular client visits and site meetings as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with sustainable building practices and innovative construction technologies is an advantage.
- Professional fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
