Company Description

Role Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the full sales cycle for design and build services.
  • Meet with prospective and existing clients, understand their needs, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, follow up on ongoing projects, and collaborate with engineering and project teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and support revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in construction, design and build, or related industries.
  • Strong client relationship building and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of project based services, including basic technical and commercial concepts related to design and construction.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in a multicultural, professional environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow up abilities, with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email, and virtual meeting platforms).
  • Ability to work on site in Jeddah and conduct regular client visits and site meetings as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Familiarity with sustainable building practices and innovative construction technologies is an advantage.
  • Professional fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
