About the Role
International Window Company is looking for an Architect for a full-time, on-site role in Jeddah. The architect will develop concepts, prepare designs and drawings, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with codes.

- Develop architectural concepts, prepare detailed designs and drawings
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, ensure design compliance with local codes and sustainability standards
- Support integration of design solutions with other building systems
- Review construction documents, participate in client meetings, and provide design guidance
Requirements
- Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and technical detailing
- Skills in Project Management, including timeline management, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and resource planning
- Skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools and workflows
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field
- Proficiency in industry standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar), and familiarity with BIM methodologies
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices relevant to projects in Jeddah
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated experience in design and build or construction projects; professional licensure or eligibility for licensure is an advantage

Role Description
- Develop architectural concepts, prepare detailed designs and drawings, and coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
