Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to boutique sales objectives
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer service throughout the client journey
- Utilize storytelling techniques to communicate OMEGA’s heritage, innovations, collections, and product craftsmanship
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Build and manage an active client portfolio
- Conduct timely follow ups on inquiries, quotations, reservations, and after sales requests
- Maintain accurate and complete client records within CRM systems
- Ensure proper handling, presentation, and security of all merchandise
- Support stock replenishment, transfers, and inventory activities
- Handle sales transactions accurately using boutique systems and procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, premium retail, watches, jewelry, fashion, or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience
- Ability to build and maintain long term client relationships
- Fluent in English; Arabic preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to boutique sales objectives.
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer service throughout the client journey.
- Utilize storytelling techniques to communicate OMEGA’s heritage, innovations, collections, and product craftsmanship.
- Identify sales opportunities and maximize conversion through effective selling techniques.
- Promote product categories, collections, and strategic business priorities.
- Support achievement of boutique KPIs including Conversion Rate, ATV, and UPT.
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Build and manage an active client portfolio.
- Conduct timely follow ups on inquiries, quotations, reservations, and after sales requests.
- Maintain accurate and complete client records within CRM systems.
- Participate in clienteling activities, customer events, and loyalty initiatives.
- Generate repeat business through proactive relationship management.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, premium retail, watches, jewelry, fashion, or hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Ability to build and maintain long term client relationships.
- Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
