- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online channels
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities across various industries
- Schedule and conduct meetings with decision makers and business owners
- Present JoveraITS services and solutions professionally
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain and update sales activities in CRM systems
- Build and maintain long term customer relationships
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in IT services, software solutions, or digital marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of technology and digital solutions is preferred
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
