Job Description

  • We are looking for a detail oriented Quality Analyst to monitor and evaluate the performance of our sales team, ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate calls and customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback and coaching recommendations to improve performance.
  • Prepare quality reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards.
  • Work closely with team leaders and management to enhance team performance.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Analysis, preferably in real estate or a call center.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay

  • From AED 3,000.00 per month
