Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and highly organized Real Estate Listing Coordinator to manage property listings, coordinate with agents and property owners, maintain CRM records, and ensure all property advertisements are published accurately across real estate portals and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage property listings on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other real estate portals.
- Upload and update property photos, videos, descriptions, pricing, and other listing details accurately.
- Coordinate with brokers, agents, and property owners to collect missing information and required documents.
- Maintain and regularly update CRM systems with accurate property and client data.
- Ensure all listings comply with company standards and portal guidelines.
- Monitor listing performance and renew or refresh expired listings when required.
- Write professional and attractive property descriptions and marketing captions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design team to prepare promotional materials.
- Handle incoming listing inquiries and assign them to the appropriate sales agents.
- Maintain organized records of available, rented, and sold properties.
- Follow up with agents regarding listing updates, availability, and status changes.
- Assist management by preparing reports, listing analytics, and performance summaries.
Requirements
- Previous experience in UAE real estate listing coordination is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and major property portals.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai real estate market is a plus.
