Role Overview
Business Development (Sales) Intern role focused on building a career in sales and business development.
The intern will identify potential clients, introduce accounting and business services, and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients who may require accounting, bookkeeping, and related business services.
- Conduct door-to-door visits and field sales activities to generate leads and new business opportunities.
- Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Explain services clearly and understand client business requirements.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with accounting and management teams on client requirements and onboarding.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
