Role Overview
Business Development Intern role focused on building a career in sales and business development.
The intern will identify potential clients, introduce accounting and business services, and generate new business opportunities.
The role includes field sales, door-to-door visits, and direct client interaction across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients for accounting, bookkeeping, and related business services.
- Conduct field sales, door-to-door visits, calls, WhatsApp outreach, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Explain services, understand client requirements, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects.
- Schedule meetings, follow up with prospects, and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate client requirements and onboarding with accounting and management teams.
- Maintain activity records, achieve sales targets, and represent the company professionally.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence approaching new people and businesses.
- Willingness to work in field sales and door-to-door business development.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
