Role Overview
The Business Development Intern will build a career in sales and business development by identifying potential clients and generating new business opportunities.
The role involves field sales and direct client interaction, including door-to-door visits and meetings with prospective clients across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients for accounting, bookkeeping, and related business services.
- Conduct door-to-door visits, field sales activities, calls, WhatsApp outreach, email outreach, and in-person meetings.
- Explain services, understand client requirements, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into clients.
- Schedule meetings, follow up with prospects, build client relationships, and coordinate with accounting and management teams for onboarding.
- Maintain lead and conversion records, achieve assigned targets, and represent the company professionally.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confidence approaching new people and businesses, and good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to work in field sales and door-to-door business development.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, or business services is an advantage.
