- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify sales opportunities and actively generate leads
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and walk ins
- Negotiate and close sales deals professionally
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and accounts teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure timely follow up and excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
- Visit clients and project sites regularly (outdoor)
- Develop new business through field sales, networking, and cold calling (outdoor)
- Handle in store and online customer inquiries (indoor)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (building materials industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Good organizational and computer skills (MS Office, email; CRM is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- UAE Driving License (advantage for outdoor sales)

Overview
- We are looking for motivated and target driven Sales Executives (Indoor & Outdoor) to join our team.
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling customer relationships, generating new business, and supporting overall sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

- Handle in store and online customer inquiries
- Support the sales team with documentation and coordination
- Check stock availability and arrange deliveries
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (building materials industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Good organizational and computer skills (MS Office, email; CRM is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
