Job Overview

  • UKR Trading is hiring an Admin & Accounts Coordinator in Dubai.

Responsibilities

  • Posting payments.
  • Issuing invoices and payment slips.
  • Confirming incoming payments.
  • Following up on pending payments.
  • Maintaining accurate accounting records.
  • Reordering office supplies and pantry items.
  • Organizing team activities and office events.
  • Planning birthday celebrations and team gatherings.
  • Coordinating office maintenance and daily operations.
  • Supervising office cleaner.
  • Supporting e commerce and operations teams with admin tasks.

Requirements

  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Good Excel and computer skills.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Able to multitask and follow up independently.
  • Experience in e commerce or office coordination is a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Office timing 8:30 17:30.

Pay

  • AED 3,500.00 AED 4,000.00 per month.
