- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads
- Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, walk ins, and site visits
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments
- Negotiate and close sales deals professionally
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and demonstrations when required
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, logistics, and accounts departments
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Arrange deliveries and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (building materials industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Good organizational and computer skills (MS Office, email; CRM is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
