- Identify and develop new customers, distributors, and business partners in the GCC region
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of export sales experience in the GCC region, preferably in hardware, hand tools, DIY, or related industries
- Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of GCC markets and distribution channels
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel within the GCC region
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field

Job Overview

Working Conditions & Benefits

- Work Schedule: 5 days a week from 9 am to 6 pm.
