About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in the **Power Tools & Hand Tools** industry.
Key Responsibilities
- **Market Development:** Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the hand tools and power tools markets.
- **Sales Execution:** Drive sales growth by promoting and selling our range of power tools and hand tools to new and existing customers, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management:** Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- **Payment Collection:** Follow up on outstanding payments, ensure timely collection from customers, and coordinate with the accounts team to resolve payment-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the UAE market
- **Sales & Negotiation Skills:** Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and develop market opportunities.
- **Communication:** Strong business communication skills. Fluency in **English** is required.
- **License/Car:** Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a personal car for travel purposes.
Compensation And Benefits
- **Working Schedule:** 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
- **Annual leave** and other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
