- Welcome walk in guests, conduct premium gym tours, and convert prospects into active gym members.
- Actively reach out to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media leads to book tours and secure sales.
- Assist members with membership inquiries, renewals, upgrades, and overall account management.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Represent the gym professionally and present ongoing packages, seasonal promotions, and personal training options clearly.
Requirements
- Fluent, native level Arabic is strictly required
- English is a strong plus
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail
- Prior experience in gym membership sales, hospitality, or luxury retail in the UAE is highly preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and confident telephone manner
- High self motivation and goal oriented mindset
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends

Job Description & Responsibilities

- Availability: Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends.
