- Flexible to work various shifts (including mornings, evenings, and weekends)

Job Description & Responsibilities
- On the Floor Coaching: Provide expert guidance, correction, and support to members on the gym floor, ensuring safe and effective use of equipment.
- Personal Training: Conduct customized one on one personal training sessions tailored to diverse fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.
- Program Design: Develop result oriented workout programs and offer basic, practical nutritional guidance.
- Retention & Engagement: Build strong, professional relationships with members to encourage long term retention and foster a highly motivating community.
- Gym Upkeep: Help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the workout zones.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Certification: Valid Personal Training Certification (e.g., REPs UAE, ISSA, NASM, ACE, or equivalent).
- Experience: Proven track record as a fitness trainer or personal trainer in a commercial gym setting.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong passion for helping clients succeed.
- Availability: Flexible to work various shifts (including mornings, evenings, and weekends).
