Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional floor management, expert workout advice, and exercise corrections within the private ladies only section
- Conduct personalized, result oriented one on one training sessions tailored to women’s health, body transformations, and strength goals
- Motivate members and bring high energy to group fitness classes or specialized programs
- Build empowering, lasting relationships with members to keep them motivated, accountable, and tracking toward their targets
- Maintain a welcoming, safe, hygienic, and highly organized gym floor
Requirements
- Valid Personal Training Certification (e.g., REPs UAE or equivalent)
- Proven experience working as a fitness instructor or personal trainer, ideally in a commercial gym or specialized ladies' facility
- Strong communication skills, empathy, high emotional intelligence, and a deep passion for women’s health and fitness
- Flexible to work scheduled shifts (including mornings or evenings)

Requirements & Qualifications
