Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new export markets for commercial vehicles (trucks, buses) and heavy construction equipment across target regions
- Proactively hunt for B2B opportunities, including international fleet owners, construction firms, and regional distributors
- Conduct technical presentations to prospective clients
- Oversee the end to end export process, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations, incoterms (FOB, CIF), and documentation requirements
- Maintain and grow a database of international clients through consistent follow up and high level service
- Monitor competitor pricing, product launches, and regional demand trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Requirements
- Graduation, Diploma, or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of proven UAE sales experience specifically in spare parts for commercial vehicles & heavy equipment
- Experience using ERP/CRM software to track sales pipeline and generate forecast reports
- Ability to read technical data sheets/catalogues
- Proven ability to close high ticket deals and manage long term contracts
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other regional languages are a significant advantage)
- Strong understanding of sales cycles

Job Description
- United Al Saqer Heavy Equipment is one of the leading part serving companies in structuring the ever growing construction field.
- We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in selling construction solutions such as site utilities, heavy equipment, compaction, concreting, cutting, and grinding products.
Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new export markets for commercial vehicles (trucks, buses) and heavy construction equipment across target regions.
- Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for B2B opportunities, including international fleet owners, construction firms, and regional distributors.
- Technical Consultation: Conduct technical presentations to prospective clients.
- Export Logistics Coordination: Oversee the end to end export process, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations, incoterms (FOB, CIF), and documentation requirements.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and grow a database of international clients through consistent follow up and high level service.

Job Requirements
