- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals and financial objectives
- Conduct thorough supplier research, evaluation, and selection to establish a reliable supply chain
- Negotiate and manage contracts to achieve optimal pricing, terms, and conditions
- Oversee the procurement lifecycle, from purchase order initiation to goods/service delivery
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers to enhance performance and collaboration
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to identify procurement opportunities
- Manage inventory levels, predict material requirements, and optimise resource allocation
- Coordinate logistics and delivery to minimise delays and disruptions
- Prepare and analyse procurement reports to inform decision making and identify cost saving measures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, budgetary guidelines, and procurement regulations
- Provide procurement expertise to project teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Material Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement within the joinery or interior fit out industry in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP and Interior fit out materials, suppliers, and market trends in the UAE
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of UAE procurement laws and industry regulations

Job Description
- Royal Joinery has its own dedicated workshop to assist clients on high profile projects that require international expertise and a degree of workmanship that eliminates the need to source sub contractors and third party furniture suppliers.
- Our primary focus is on carpentry and woodwork specialties across a wide variety of projects and sectors through the delivery of sophisticated qualified experts in their field and innovative techniques and equipment.
Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
