Job Title: Sales Executive – ELV & Home Automation
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven **Sales Executive – ELV & Home Automation** with proven experience in the UAE market.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of ELV systems, excellent client relationship skills, and a successful track record in generating and closing project-based sales.
This role is focused on driving business growth by developing new opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in ELV and Home Automation segments across the UAE.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and customized solutions to clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams for design support and smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Maintain long-term client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of UAE experience in ELV or Home Automation sales.
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- CCTV
• Access Control Systems
- Video Intercom
• Home Automation And Smart Home Systems
- Smart Lighting
- AV Systems
- Networking Solutions
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong target-oriented mindset.
- Valid UAE driver’s license (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network with contractors, consultants, and developers in the UAE.
- Experience in handling project-based sales and tendering processes.
- Familiarity with leading ELV/Home Automation brands and solutions.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
