Key responsibilities
- Generate new leads and convert potential clients into clinic customers.
- Approach and engage potential clients across Dubai, with additional focus on Russian-speaking audiences and communities.
- Build relationships with potential and existing clients and support them through the sales process.
- Achieve agreed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify new sales opportunities, communities, partners, and locations.
- Support mall activations, exhibitions, events, and other offline activities.
- Engage event visitors and convert enquiries into qualified leads.
- Support corporate and community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and opportunities.
- Represent the clinic professionally.
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian and English is required.
- Arabic language ability is a strong advantage.
- A strong sales background is required.
- Healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, medical services, or luxury services experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Dubai’s market and Russian-speaking community is advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
- Candidates should be confident approaching and speaking with new people.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
- Candidates should be able to support occasional evening or weekend events when required.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
