The **Sales Executive** is responsible for driving revenue growth across both Facilities Management (FM) and Interior Fit-Out services.
This role demands a high-energy professional capable of navigating complex B2B sales cycles, identifying new market opportunities, and cultivating long-term relationships with commercial and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities in facility management and interior fit-out services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, projects, and market trends.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals with corporate, commercial, or residential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure successful project delivery.
- Follow up on post-sale client satisfaction and manage any issues or escalations.
- Work closely with operations, design, and project teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, activities, and outcomes using CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to management.
Qualifications
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience:** 3–5 years of proven sales experience in Facilities Management, Interior Fit-Out, or a closely related construction services industry.
- **Tools:** Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations).
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
