Role Summary
The **Marketing Specialist** is responsible for enhancing brand visibility and driving lead generation for the Facilities Management (FM) and Interior Fit-Out divisions.
This role focuses on showcasing project portfolios, managing digital platforms, and creating high-impact proposals to secure new commercial and residential contracts.
1. Content & Brand Management
- **Project Documentation:** Coordinate photography and videography for completed fit-out projects to build a high-quality visual portfolio.
- **Social Media:** Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to showcase "before and after" transformations and FM expertise.
- **Brand Consistency:** Ensure all company profiles, brochures, and site signage align with corporate identity standards.
2. Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
- **Campaign Management:** Execute targeted email and social media campaigns to reach developers, property managers, and corporate clients.
- **Market Research:** Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new niche opportunities in the fit-out and FM sectors.
3. Sales Support & Proposals
- **Proposal Design:** Collaborate with the sales team to design visually compelling bids, presentations, and pre-qualification documents.
- **Events:** Organize and represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Key Requirements
- **Industry Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience, specifically within **Real Estate, Construction, or Facilities Management**.
- **Design Skills:** Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop/InDesign) or advanced **Canva** for creating marketing collateral
- **Digital Savvy:** Hands-on experience with CRM tools, email marketing software, and social media analytics.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of generating B2B leads in a technical or service-based industry.
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
