Job Summary

  • The candidate is responsible for spearheading our growth of Ororo Trading Experience L.L.C in the UAE, GCC and international markets.
  • The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the coffee industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Coffee Industry.
  • Research and identifying potential new markets, clients and partnerships to distribute the company products.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as developing new client accounts.
  • Developing strategies to increase sales and revenue, including contract negotiations.
  • Analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  • Working closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business strategies.
  • Preparing and delivering business proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Monitoring sales activities and using relevant metrics to track performance and report to senior management.
  • Promoting the company’s products and services through various channels, including social media and direct customer engagement.
  • Provide training and product knowledge support to clients for seamless integration.
  • Monitor sales performance, providing regular updates and actionable insights.
  • Should be well organized in updating and maintaining customer master data and relevant

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics or a related field. An MBA is often preferred.
  • Minimum of at least 10 years of experience in business development, sales or similar management role.
  • Deep understanding of the coffee or beverage industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiating and presenting.
  • Proficiency with sales management software and MS Office.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
  • Optional Certification in sales or marketing can be advantageous.
