- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Coffee Industry
- Research and identify potential new markets, clients and partnerships
- Build and nurture partnerships with new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client accounts
- Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue, including contract negotiations
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business strategies
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Monitor sales activities and track performance metrics
- Provide training and product knowledge support to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales or similar management role
- Deep understanding of the coffee or beverage industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiating and presenting
- Proficiency with sales management software and MS Office
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed

Job Summary
- The candidate is responsible for spearheading our growth of Ororo Trading Experience L.L.C in the UAE, GCC and international markets.
- The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the coffee industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Coffee Industry.
- Research and identifying potential new markets, clients and partnerships to distribute the company products.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as developing new client accounts.
- Developing strategies to increase sales and revenue, including contract negotiations.
- Analyzing market trends and customer needs to inform business strategies.
- Working closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business strategies.
- Preparing and delivering business proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Monitoring sales activities and using relevant metrics to track performance and report to senior management.
- Promoting the company’s products and services through various channels, including social media and direct customer engagement.
- Provide training and product knowledge support to clients for seamless integration.
- Monitor sales performance, providing regular updates and actionable insights.
- Should be well organized in updating and maintaining customer master data and relevant
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics or a related field. An MBA is often preferred.
- Minimum of at least 10 years of experience in business development, sales or similar management role.
- Deep understanding of the coffee or beverage industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiating and presenting.
- Proficiency with sales management software and MS Office.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
- Optional Certification in sales or marketing can be advantageous.
