LLC is seeking a dynamic and passionate HORECA Sales Executive to join our team and enhance our market presence by promoting and selling our specialty coffee products and services to the **Hospitality, Restaurants, and Cafes (HORECA)** sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a genuine love for coffee.

Horeca Sales Executive Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the HORECA sector to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the HORECA industry.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, focusing on sustainable growth.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media, promoting products effectively.
  • Collect feedback from clients and prospects to improve services, and provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives, participating in conferences and trade shows as required.
  • Collaborate with the operational teams to secure profitable business deals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure business deals.
  • Arranging sales visits with prospective clients.
  • Giving products demonstrations.

Qualifications

  • Typically, at least 3-5 years of sales experience in the HORECA sector.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or related field is often preferred.
  • Strong sales acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, market analysis, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Passion for coffee and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
