About the Role

  • As a Sales Executive, you will drive revenue and coordinate reservations, events, and group bookings.

What You’ll Do

  • Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.
  • Manage and process all telephone and written reservations promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate and oversee group bookings, MICE, and guest preferences.
  • Maintain and analyze statistical reports for booking trends, market performance, and account production.
  • Upsell accommodations and services to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure pre blocking of rooms, special requirements, and group arrangements.
  • Maintain systematic and organized files for reservation records and correspondence.
  • Address guest requests, ensuring a high standard of service and communication.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, reservations, or event coordination, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with an eye for detail.
  • A proactive and solutions oriented approach to guest and business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills; English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with hotel booking systems and operational procedures is highly desirable.
