- Daily pick up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting
- Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends
- Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with other departments
- Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons
- Assess, analyse and price group business strategies
- Analyse overall monthly hotels performance and provide summary report with recommendations
- Regularly check input and quality of data (segmentation, offers tracking, etc.)
- Maintain best practice standards for competitor analysis, distribution yield management, business mix yield management, length of stay yield management, inventory availability by channel, pricing control, allotments
- Prepare outline and contribute to the process of preparing annual revenue budget
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in sales and/or revenue management in hospitality & tourism
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma

What You’ll Do
- Daily pick up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting

- Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons
- Responsible for assessing, analysing and pricing group business strategies
- Analyse overall monthly hotels performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies
- Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, offers tracking, etc.)
- Responsible for best practice standards to include: competitor analysis; distribution yield management; business mix yield management; length of stay yield management; inventory availability by channel; pricing control, allotments, etc.
