About the Role
Xylex, a Dubai-based digital marketing agency, is hiring a Sales Executive with an established UAE network to generate new business. You will leverage your contacts to secure meetings, present services, and meet monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and convert them into clients
- Leverage existing UAE business network to secure meetings and opportunities
- Build relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, retailers, hospitality businesses, and event companies
- Present Xylex's services and prepare proposals and quotations
- Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain and update CRM with leads and client interactions
- Coordinate with marketing and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, media, branding, or creative services
- Strong existing network of business contacts and decision makers in the UAE
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred
- Fluent English required
