- Generate qualified B2B leads across the UAE through LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, and outbound campaigns
- Prospect companies and build relationships with business owners and decision makers
- Schedule meetings for the management team and maintain CRM and sales pipeline
- Understand client requirements, present services, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial terms
- Conduct project kickoff meetings, gather requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely delivery
- Manage client communication and feedback, identify renewal and upselling opportunities
- Work with marketing team to share market insights and campaign ideas
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, meetings, proposals, deals, pipeline, and client satisfaction
Requirements
- 3 5+ years of UAE experience
- Experience in a digital marketing, media, branding, or creative agency
- Proven B2B sales and business development experience
- Existing UAE business network is highly preferred
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Proposal and quotation preparation skills
- CRM software proficiency (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace proficiency
- Negotiation and relationship management skills

Role Objective
- Drive sustainable business growth by generating qualified B2B leads, converting prospects into long term clients, managing client relationships, coordinating with the Xylex delivery team, and increasing recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads across the UAE. Prospect companies through LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, and outbound campaigns. Coordinate with the Xylex marketing team on lead generation campaigns. Build relationships with business owners and decision makers. Schedule meetings for the manag
- Understand client requirements and business challenges. Present Xylex's services professionally. Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers. Follow up consistently until deal closure. Negotiate commercial terms. Identify opportunities for cross selling and upselling.
- After a client is onboarded: Conduct project kickoff meetings. Gather project requirements. Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing, production). Provide regular project updates. Manage client communication and feedback. Ensure timely project delivery. Identify renewal and ups
- Work closely with the internal marketing and creative team by sharing market insights and campaign ideas, providing customer and industry feedback, reviewing campaign performance, recommending improvements, and identifying emerging industries and business opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering leads generated, meetings completed, proposals submitted, deals won, pipeline value, revenue forecast, client satisfaction, and follow up status.
Candidate Requirements
- 3 5+ years of UAE experience.
- Experience in a digital marketing, media, branding, or creative agency.
- Proven B2B sales and business development experience.
- Existing UAE business network is highly preferred.
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal). Arabic is an advantage.
- Proposal and quotation preparation. Client presentations. CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.). LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. Negotiation and relationship management. Strong organizational and follow up skills.
Compensation Structure
- Basic Salary: AED 5,000–7,000 per month (based on experience).
- Additional Benefits: Mobile allowance, Travel allowance (if applicable).
- Performance Incentives: 5–10% commission on first project value; 2–3% recurring commission on monthly retainer clients for first 6–12 months; Quarterly performance bonus for exceeding revenue and KPI targets.
