Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily pickup and delivery of customer devices, repaired devices, spare parts, and accessories.
  • Supervise and coordinate bike riders for customer device pickups, deliveries, and inter branch movement.
  • Plan and coordinate on site technicians and on site service vans, ensuring efficient routing.
  • Manage Careem and other third party courier partners for collections, deliveries, and urgent logistics.
  • Oversee movement of spare parts, repair tools, and inventory between warehouses, repair labs, service points, and parts suppliers.
  • Ensure timely inventory transfers to maintain stock availability across all service locations.
  • Monitor compliance with SLAs for pickups, deliveries, on site visits, and repair turnaround times.
  • Manage company fleet including bikes, vans, drivers, maintenance schedules, fuel usage, insurance, and vehicle utilization.
  • Track and improve logistics KPIs such as on time pickup rate, on time delivery rate, technician utilization, SLA compliance, delivery cost, and fleet efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in logistics, fleet management, or supply chain management.
  • Experience managing pickup & delivery operations and third party courier services.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and team management skills.
  • Experience with inventory and warehouse operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, service oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics/operations management systems.
