- Greet customers and identify their vehicle requirements.
- Present vehicle features, specifications, performance, and benefits.
- Explain registration, insurance, financing, and after-sales services.
- Recommend suitable accessories and optional equipment.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare vehicle quotations, pricing, discounts, and financing requirements.
- Advise customers on current and upcoming vehicle availability.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers to convert sales.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper.
- Coordinate with Customer Relations for vehicle registration and insurance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive/car sales.
- Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
- Computer literate with good telephone and computer skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.
