- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements and preferences.
- Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, performance, and benefits.
- Promote A&S services, including vehicle registration, insurance, and after-sales services.
- Recommend suitable accessories and optional equipment to customers.
- Achieve sales targets set by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director and Sales Manager.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, including vehicle pricing, discounts, and financing requirements.
- Advise customers on current and upcoming vehicle models and availability.
- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries with the New Car Storekeeper.
- Coordinate with the Customer Relations Representative (Sales) regarding vehicle registration and insurance.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Complete sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or Branch Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within an automotive or car sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English is essential; Arabic is required.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office and sales/CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a competitive sales environment.
- Professional appearance and strong customer-facing skills.
