Location and Work Pattern
- Dubai, UAE, with on-site and field work.
Compensation
- Monthly salary of AED 4,500–5,000 plus high commission, incentives, and benefits.
- Visa and medical insurance are provided according to UAE Labour Law.
Joining Requirements
- Immediate joining is requested, with a maximum notice period of 15 days.
- Applicants must currently be in the UAE.
About the Role
A leading corporate gifting company in the UAE is seeking a target-driven Sales Executive to drive B2B sales for customized corporate gifting solutions across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt new corporate clients for Ramadan, National Day, employee recognition, events, and year-end gifting.
- Manage relationships with HR, procurement, and administrative decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements, prepare proposals and quotations, and close deals.
- Present catalogs, samples, and customized gifting options.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for timely delivery.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
Mandatory Requirements
- 2–3 years of B2B or corporate sales experience in the UAE with UAE market exposure.
- Experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, printing, or advertising is a significant advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- An existing UAE corporate client base is preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach with a hunter mindset.
- A valid UAE driving license is a significant advantage.
