Role Overview

Project Coordinator role for an interior fit-out and technical services company in Dubai.

The position covers site and office coordination and requires 2–3 years of UAE interior fit-out experience.

The stated compensation is AED 3,000–4,500 per month plus visa and insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily activities among clients, site teams, consultants, procurement, and vendors.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, progress reports, and letters.
  • Track material approvals, deliveries, and site resources to avoid delays.
  • Coordinate procurement, design, and MEP activities.
  • Support budget tracking, cost control, and variation-order documentation.
  • Follow up on approvals and site inspections.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management and clients.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years as a Project Coordinator in UAE interior fit-out or construction is required.
  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is required.
  • MS Office and MS Project skills are required; AutoCAD is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of site operations, documentation, and coordination is required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
  • The candidate must be in Dubai and available to join immediately.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fit-out contractor experience in Dubai is preferred.
  • Knowledge of DEWA, DM, or DCD approvals is preferred.
  • A UAE driving license is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary is AED 3,000–4,500 per month.
  • Visa and insurance are included.
