400,000 – 700,000 AED Base + lucrative commission scheme

We’re hiring a

Senior Sales Executive

to drive growth for a leading

core banking and digital transformation platform

across the

Middle East

.

This is a high-impact role focused on selling

enterprise banking software, digital banking solutions, and transformation programmes

into

tier 1–3 banks across the GCC

.

If you understand how banks modernise—from

legacy core systems to digital-first architectures

💡 What You’ll Be Selling

  • **Core banking platforms (CBS)**
  • **Digital banking solutions (retail & corporate banking)**
  • **Banking transformation programmes**
  • **Payments, lending, onboarding, and API-driven architectures**
  • 👉 This is complex,
  • enterprise SaaS / software-led transformation sales

🧠 What You’ll Do

  • Drive
  • new business sales into banks across the Middle East (UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.)
  • Manage
  • end-to-end enterprise sales cycles
  • (RFPs, RFIs, stakeholder alignment)
  • Engage with
  • CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital, and Transformation leaders
  • Build and maintain a
  • strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Navigate
  • long sales cycles and complex procurement processes
  • Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams

🏦 What We’re Looking For

  • **4+ years experience**
  • selling into banks across the Middle East
  • Proven track record in:
  • **Core banking software (CBS)**

Or

  • **Digital transformation / digital banking platforms**
  • Strong understanding of:
  • **Banking architecture & legacy modernisation**
  • **SaaS / enterprise software sales cycles**
  • Experience managing
  • multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Established network across
  • GCC banking sector (highly desirable)
