- Build relationships with potential clients and identify project opportunities
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare weekly lead generation and sales activity reports
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in making cold calls and sending business emails
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Self motivated and target oriented
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Candidate must be available in the UAE for a direct interview

Job Summary
- We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Executives to generate new business opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and client follow ups.
- The role is focused on lead generation and appointment setting for our construction, contracting, and interior fit out business.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily cold calls to potential clients.
- Send cold emails and follow up with prospects.
- Generate leads from contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
- Schedule meetings for the management team.
- Maintain and update customer and prospect databases.
- Follow up on inquiries and business opportunities.

Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with sales experience are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in making cold calls and sending business emails.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Self motivated and target oriented.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- UAE experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidate must be available in the UAE for a direct interview.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: AED 2,000 per month
- 20% Commission on each confirmed sale/project
