About the Role
DYNAMIC MOTION is seeking an experienced CNC Bending Machine Operator to join their metal fabrication team in Dubai. You will set up, program, and operate CNC bending machines to produce high-quality metal components per engineering drawings.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC bending machines (Press Brake)
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders
- Select appropriate tooling and machine settings for bending operations
- Measure and inspect finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
- Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot operational issues
- Maintain production records and quality control documentation
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience as a CNC Bending Machine Operator in metal fabrication or manufacturing
- Experience operating CNC Press Brake machines (Amada, Trumpf, Bystronic, or similar)
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and fabrication plans
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and angle gauges
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Summary
- Seeking an experienced CNC Bending Machine Operator to join our fabrication team.
- Responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC bending machines to produce high quality metal components according to engineering drawings and production requirements.

- Set up and operate CNC bending machines (Press Brake).
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Select appropriate tooling and machine settings for bending operations.
- Measure and inspect finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Maintain production records and quality control documentation.
- Ensure proper handling of materials and finished products.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience as a CNC Bending Machine Operator in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating CNC Press Brake machines (Amada, Trumpf, Bystronic, or similar).
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and fabrication plans.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and angle gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Gulf experience is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
