About the Role
DYNAMIC MOTION seeks a Finishing Carpenter / Furniture Carpenter in Dubai to manufacture, assemble, install, and finish custom furniture and interior fit-out elements. Requires 3-5 years experience in the interior fit-out industry, ability to read technical drawings, and proficiency with woodworking machinery.

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret shop drawings, technical drawings, and cutting lists
- Manufacture and assemble custom furniture, cabinets, wardrobes, counters, reception desks, doors, wall panels, and other joinery items
- Perform finishing carpentry work, including installation of moldings, trims, skirting, architraves, wall cladding, and decorative woodwork
- Install furniture and joinery items at project sites according to approved drawings
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood, MDF, plywood, laminate, veneer, and solid wood materials
- Install and adjust hardware such as hinges, drawer runners, locks, handles, and accessories
- Carry out repairs, modifications, and maintenance of furniture and joinery works when required
- Ensure all work is completed with high quality finishing and minimal defects
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to complete work according to the project schedule
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the workshop and worksite
- Follow all health, safety, and company regulations while performing duties
Requirements
- High School or Technical/Vocational Certificate in Carpentry or Woodworking preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Finishing Carpenter or Furniture Carpenter in the interior fit out industry
- Experience in custom furniture manufacturing and installation is essential
- Excellent knowledge of furniture manufacturing and interior fit out works
- Ability to read and understand technical/shop drawings
- Experience with woodworking machines such as panel saw, edge bander, router, spindle moulder, drill press, and other carpentry equipment
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Job Summary

Qualifications
- High School or Technical/Vocational Certificate in Carpentry or Woodworking preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Finishing Carpenter or Furniture Carpenter in the interior fit out industry.
- Experience in custom furniture manufacturing and installation is essential.
- GCC/UAE/KSA experience is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Pay
- AED1,800.00 AED3,000.00 per month
