Sales Executive- China

Main responsibilities

• Call new customers to introduce company products and sell company services.
• Achieve the set sales target.
• Conduct field visits to promote services and understand customer needs.
• Communicate with clients and build strong relationships.
• Collect shipping documents according to UAE government requirements.
• File required documents and assist customers with inquiries.
• Interact with the internal team to improve shipping operations and services.
• Follow shipments from confirmation through delivery to customers.
• Follow up with customers on invoicing and payment collection.
• Inform management about sales and customer issues on a daily basis.
• Use analytical skills to identify market opportunities and enhance growth.
• Stay up to date on international shipping industry developments and changes.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least two years of experience in logistics sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of China shipping documentation requirements and procedures.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and maintain a strong client network.
• Proficiency in English.

Pay

• Pay starts at AED 6,000 per month.
