Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the catering and hospitality sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts
  • Generate sales through client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups
  • Promote Royal Keita’s catering services and achieve assigned sales targets
  • Maintain and expand existing client accounts within the UAE market
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports and update management on business progress

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in catering sales, HORECA sales, or hospitality sales
  • Strong client contacts and market knowledge within Dubai/UAE
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
  • Immediate joiners will be an advantage
