Job Purpose

  • A Sales Executive is a front line professional responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients in the food service sector.
  • This role involves actively seeking new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of existing clients, and achieving sales targets for the company's range of premium beverage brands.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities within the HORECA sector.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations for premium beverage brands.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize deals to acquire new accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing client accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Conduct regular visits to client sites to maintain relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Provide after sales support and coordinate with logistics and operations teams.
  • Maintain deep understanding of the assigned beverage product portfolio.
  • Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Act as first point of contact for clients regarding technical or quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system.

Education and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a focus on Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 3 years of proven sales experience, with a preference for the food and beverage industry and the HORECA sector.
