Job Purpose
- A Sales Executive is a front line professional responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients in the food service sector.
- This role involves actively seeking new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of existing clients, and achieving sales targets for the company's range of premium beverage brands.
Principal Accountabilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities within the HORECA sector.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations for premium beverage brands.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize deals to acquire new accounts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing client accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Conduct regular visits to client sites to maintain relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
- Provide after sales support and coordinate with logistics and operations teams.
- Maintain deep understanding of the assigned beverage product portfolio.
- Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Act as first point of contact for clients regarding technical or quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system.
Education and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a focus on Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 3 years of proven sales experience, with a preference for the food and beverage industry and the HORECA sector.
