Sales Executive
with strong
B2B sales experience
and understanding of the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and generate new B2B business opportunities across the UAE
- Build relationships with HR leaders, founders, and decision-makers
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and client discussions
- Identify hiring requirements and pitch recruitment solutions
- Maintain strong follow-ups and long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business KPIs
- Coordinate internally with recruitment and operations teams
- Maintain CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Minimum
- 2 years of B2B sales experience
- in the UAE
- Valid
Uae Driving License
- is mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional corporate personality and presentation skills
- Ability to independently handle client acquisition and meetings
- Currently based in the UAE
Screening Criteria

✅ Only candidates with direct B2B / Corporate Sales experience
