Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning
- Manage project finance, cash flow, working capital, cost control, and overall financial performance
- Oversee project financing, banking relationships, contractor payments, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, RERA requirements, and internal financial controls
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role
- Mandatory UAE real estate development experience, including managing projects from acquisition to completion
- Strong expertise in developer finance, construction finance, project cash flow, costing, and financial feasibility analysis
- Hands on experience with RERA Escrow Accounts, contractor billing, procurement budgets, and escrow compliance
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Zoho, Odoo, or similar), advanced Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA is preferred

- Our client is a real estate development company in Dubai, specializing in residential and commercial developments. The organization is focused on delivering high quality projects through strategic planning, financial excellence, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
