Role Overview
Nabina Group is hiring a Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager for its sanitary ware, tiles, and fixed furniture division in Qatar.
The role sells sanitary ware, tiles, kitchens, wardrobes, and doors to retail and project clients.
The position involves working with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers.
Responsibilities
- Generate business through showroom and outdoor project sales.
- Promote sanitary ware, tiles, kitchens, wardrobes, and doors.
- Handle inquiries and provide product, design, and space solutions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up on opportunities, and close sales.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings.
- Coordinate with design and technical teams for project execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and monitor market and competitor developments.
Qualifications
- Sanitary ware and tiles sales experience is mandatory.
- Fixed furniture sales experience in kitchens, wardrobes, and doors is advantageous.
- A bachelor's degree or university degree is mandatory.
- Two to five years of experience in sanitary ware, tiles, or building materials sales.
- Strong understanding of interior and bathroom design concepts.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
- Experience in both showroom and field sales, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
Sales Environment
- The role combines indoor showroom sales, outdoor project sales, site visits, and client meetings.
