Job Summary

  • Trust well Group of Companies is looking for a motivated and results driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the UAE real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong ability to generate sales and build

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
  • Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients.
  • Negotiate offers and close sales successfully.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, landlords, and investors.
  • Stay updated on the UAE real estate market, property trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, agreements, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the property management and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and property regulations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Self motivated, confident, and target oriented.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Existing network of clients and property owners is an added advantage.
