- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and other sales channels
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties
- Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients
- Negotiate offers and close sales successfully
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, landlords, and investors
- Stay updated on the UAE real estate market, property trends, and competitor activities
- Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, agreements, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the property management and marketing teams to achieve business goals
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and property regulations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Self motivated, confident, and target oriented
- Fluency in English is required

Job Summary
- Trust Well Group of Companies is looking for a motivated and results driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the UAE real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong ability to generate sales and build long term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
