Job Overview

  • We are looking for a smart, well organized, and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations.
  • The ideal candidate should be presentable, confident, and able to manage visitors and administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain reception area and visitor records
  • Support basic administrative and office tasks
  • Assist internal teams with documentation and coordination
  • Ensure smooth front office operations

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Own Visa mandatory (freelance/spouse visa preferred)
  • Previous experience in receptionist or front desk role
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Smart, presentable, and professional attitude
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently

Compensation

  • Salary: AED 2,000 per month
