About the Role
OliOli Children's Museum seeks a detail-oriented Sales Executive to manage B2B sales and field trip conversions for its new Hoppi play destination in Abu Dhabi. You will build relationships with schools and corporates, schedule visits, and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities
- Schedule field trips based on confirmed bookings
- Organize all documentation for field trips physically and electronically
- Coordinate with Guest Engagement, Creative Team and Café team for smooth field trips
- Welcome and greet field trips to ensure flawless experience
- Follow up on delayed payments and update accounts team
- Work with Head of Marketing to execute B2B strategies
- Maintain strong professional relationships with B2B clients
- Call/visit institutions to introduce Hoppi® offerings
- Keep CRM updated for B2B clients and prospects
- Participate in trade fairs and industry gatherings
- Be a positive ambassador for the Hoppi® brand
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Prior experience in admin, customer service, sales or business development
- Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment
- Outcomes driven; comfortable with sales targets
- Arabic is a plus

Position Overview
- Sales Executive Field Trips at Hoppi® in Abu Dhabi, reporting to Head of Marketing.
- Hoppi® is a new play destination for children aged 2 8, combining active play with hands on exhibits.
What We'll Trust You With
- Scheduling Field Trips in advance based on confirmed bookings.
- Organize all documentation required for Field Trips, physically and electronically.
- Coordinating with Guest Engagement, Creative Team and Café team for smooth running of Field Trips.
- Welcoming/Greeting Field Trips and ensuring flawless experience.
- Following up with delayed payments from institutions.
- Working closely with Head of Marketing to execute B2B strategies.
- Maintaining strong professional relationship between Hoppi® and B2B clients.
- Calling/visiting each institution to introduce Hoppi® offerings.
- Keeping updated CRM for all B2B clients and prospects.
- Participating in trade fairs, conferences, and industry gatherings.
- Being a positive ambassador for the Hoppi® brand.
- Contributing to a positive, team based, guest first culture.
What You'll Need to Bring
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal. Arabic is a plus.
- Prior experience within admin, customer service, sales or business development.
- Ability to work within a highly diverse and multicultural environment.
- Outcomes driven; comfortable working with sales targets.
