Sales Executive

• Greet customers professionally and identify their vehicle requirements and preferences.
• Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, performance, and benefits to customers.
• Provide customers with information about available models, including current and upcoming vehicle availability.
• Explain Ali & Sons services offered at the point of sale, including vehicle registration, insurance, financing, and aftersales services.
• Recommend relevant optional equipment and accessories based on customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall dealership sales objectives.
• Prepare accurate sales quotations, including vehicle prices, discounts, financing requirements, and related costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Follow up consistently with potential and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Coordinate vehicle registration and insurance requirements with the Customer Relations Representative – Sales.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper to ensure a smooth and timely handover.
• Keep customers informed throughout the purchasing and delivery process.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Provide a professional and high-quality customer experience aligned with MG and Ali & Sons standards.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within an automotive or car sales environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of standard computer applications.
• Strong telephone and computer skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and fast-paced automotive environment.
